About Concession #15
Click Here for an Official Concession Map from the Yukon Territory Government
Concession #15 is one of the largest Concessions in the Yukon. It encompasses a huge mass of the finest Stone Sheep Mountains in North America. It is bordered on the west by the Teslin and Yukon Rivers. On the north the Little Salmon River , Little Salmon Lake and the Magundy River. On the east side runs the mighty Pelly River and further south the Hoole River. From the head of the Hoole River the southern boundary runs west to Nisutlin Lake, down the Nisutlin River , through Quiet Lake and down the Big Salmon River to Livingston Creek and back to the Teslin River. The boundary alone is well over 400 miles long!

Inside the boundary is the most incredible piece of wilderness left in the world! The Pelly Mountains cover all of the concession and are made up of several ranges , most notably the Big Salmon Range and the St. Cyr Range. Internally the main rivers are the North Big Salmon River, the Magundy River, the Rose River, the Ketza River, the McConnell River and the McNeil Rivers.
Scattered throughout the area are more than fifty lakes that give access by float plane. The South Canol Road divides the area into east and west sides. Right in the middle is our base camp, Lapie Lake. Other main camps are Northern Lake, McNeil Lake, McConnell, Askin Lake, Stuart Camp, and Wrist Pin. These are cabin camps that our hunts will start and end from, however due to the vast size of the concession spike camps will be used on most hunts.
Our Base Camps, though rustic, will be comfortable with hot showers, small generators and good Cooks. For your trip of a lifetime, come join us in the fabulous Yukon.
